A beautiful new spirit forever

I've been listening to Andrew Wommack again lately. His knowledge of scripture is actually outstanding as he has been studying the scriptures for decades.

I was listening to his teaching called 'Spirit, Soul & Body' which can be found on his website, along with other free teachings. His reason for free downloads is also quite noteworthy.

I was hesitant to listen to it as it sounded fairly basic, but what an excellent teaching - I highly recommend it!

He talks about how our spirit is perfect before God so even though we sin, he is not displeased with us. Sounds radical but scripture proves it. And there are many! Of course, that is not a reason to sin but he addresses that also.

So if the bible says that our spirit becomes one spirit with him when we get born again, and if he is the Holy Spirit, then what does that make our spirit?

It really changes my thinking because I can receive God's amazing love and blessing even when I fall short. We can never deserve his blessings out of our own righteousness anyway (which is why we do not approach him out of our own performance).

I might add some of those scriptures soon because they are actually amazing. Again, how did we miss this?!
